I have suffered from severe vertigo for about three years. It was so bad at times I fell out of bed. If I looked up, I fell over. I had to give up Pilates and many pastimes I loved. I went to my general practitioner, an EN&T doctor, a neurologist, had scans and tests, and tried three chiropractors before Park Bench. I had some success at the chiropractors, would have relief for a few days or a week, but it always came back…until I went to Park Bench Chiropractic. After two visits to Park Bench I can honestly say I am vertigo free! And have been for over a month for the first time in years.

Drs. Romano and Schooley are kind and caring and take the time to really work on your issues. They do not rush you in and out, they are personable and talk to you, find out what is going on and truly work on you to relieve your aches, pains and issues. My knees are better, my back is pain free and my vertigo is GONE!

I cannot thank the doctors enough. I highly recommend Park Bench Chiropractic.

I’m writing you this unsolicited testimonial because I believe it’s important to let everyone know what a wonderful chiropractor you are! I’ve worked with numerous chiropractors in my life, and it was immediately obvious that you were among the best. I’ve felt complete trust in you, and I’ve known that my body is in good hands. Indeed, when I first came for treatment, I had been having a recurrence of neck and back pain. After just a few adjustments I felt enormous relief.

I’ve also appreciated the attention that you give to my unique concerns during treatment. I have always felt that you were treating me, not just doing the same thing you might do for anyone. You always remember what my physical issues are, and you always pay close attention to the details of my adjustment, finding the best technique that will work for my body.

I started having neck pain in August of 2010. My primary care physician sent me for physical therapy, but after eight visits, I felt I was wasting my time and money since I was getting no relief. He then sent me to pain management specialists, so I endured three cervical epidural injections, with minimal results for a couple of days at best. However, the side effects were horrendous and lasted much longer than the relief from the injections.

So, here I am, nine months later, still in pain; a pain that would keep me up at night and kept me from being able to do things I would normally do. A friend of mine had been telling me for a couple of months about Park Bench Chiropractic and how great Dr. Matt Schooley was, and he felt I should give it a shot; he felt he could help me. At this point, my thought was, I may as well try it, I have tried everything else, so what do I have to lose. Well, after only four visits with Dr. Schooley, I can see such a huge improvement. My pain is minimal and not constant as it was in the past. I feel certain that with a few more visits, I will be as good as new! And, not only is Dr. Schooley a great chiropractor, he is very personable, knowledgeable, compassionate and easy to talk to. He takes time to talk to me and makes me feel like my pain matters to him. He even has addressed other pain issues I have had in the past. His goal is to make me pain free and I thank him for that. I am so glad I took my friends advice; I only wish I would have done it sooner.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my sincerest appreciation and gratitude for the chiropractic efforts you have given to treat my current neck and lower back problems.

Over the past several months, I have been visiting your new office in Frederick and I have observed nothing but the utmost professionalism and immense care that you have given me not to mention the marvelous suggestions and guidance to aid in my recovery.

When I started visiting your office earlier this year, the pain that I had experienced in my lower back was severe; however, since then it has almost disappeared and the comfort I now have is a great improvement from where it was in January 2011. Additionally, my range of motion in my neck has also improved, although at a slower pace. I am so pleased that you have been there to patiently advise me on some very beneficial stretches not to mention the guidance I have received to regain normalcy with these issues. Your patience and flexibility with my progress is remarkable and I am very grateful for your help.

Intense low back pain rellieved with several visits to Dr. Romano over the course of 2 weeks.

Dr's Rob and Matt are skilled and professional chiropractors with great bedside manner. Both have the ability to explain conditions clearly and comfortably in a manner that relates on a personal level. They are extremely thorough and have the patience to listen to any concerns addressing them thoroughly, and following up at later appointments. I highly recommend them and am very grateful to receive my care at their practice.

I have been to chiropractors off and on for years. Some better than others. But, the doctors at Park Bench are among the best! They treat me like a real person and only recommend what I need. I have had a good response and would recommend everyone to try them first!

My wife and I had been looking for a Frederick Chiropractor since we moved here in 2008. When we saw Park Bench Chiropractic open we decided to give them a try. Quite simply Drs. Matt and Rob are the best chiros we have ever seen!!! They are both very nice, explain things simply but in detail, and we always walk out feeling much better than when we walked in!!! You must go to them!!!

I didnt know what to think, never been to a back cracker before, but its cool! The docs are good guys, easy to chat with. They accept my insurance, too, always a good thing! Also they take time to explain things as they go, which is good for 1st-timers like me.
Back was in spasm for what seemed like forever, hasnt acted up since I started going to them, what a relief. Coffee shoppe next to them is great too!! Highly recommend - get adjusted!

I gotta say, when my wife first wanted to see a Chiropractor, I wasn't sure. But from her first appointment with Dr. Rob, it was like we were with an old friend. He completely put us both at ease, and from the first adjustment my wife could already feel a positive effect on the chronic headaches that she's suffered from for years. After a few months, I couldn't deny the results, and though I was feeling fine myself, she sent me in for an adjustment. For the first few weeks I didn't feel any major differences. Dr. Rob would chat to me, ask a few questions about what I'd been up to lately, see how I was feeling, and then start cracking. The adjustments themselves usually felt pretty good, got that nice satisfying cracking noise, and then I'd be on my way.
About six weeks later we'd just spent a week out of town on vacation. We'd been visiting friends & I'd been sleeping on different beds & couches & driving long distances. I didn't even realize how bad I felt, I thought I was just worn down from the trip. We went to see Dr. Rob, I got cracked, and when I stood up from that table I could hardly believe how much better I felt. My wife & Dr. Rob laughed when I said, "It's like I have a whole new body."
Dr. Rob told me on my first consult: Chiropractic doesn't cure anything, but it has the potential to make everything better. Well I can certainly attest to that. We have scheduled a standing weekly appointment for the whole family, and I personally don't plan on missing it anytime soon.

Walked in without appointment, no problem there. Two doctors both male. Friendly family guys. I've been to chiros before so I know what I want, these guys delivered, didn't waste much time on talking me into anything. Headache for two days, now it's gone. No wait time for appointment, nice waiting room, one of the doctors has a little boy at work with him - adorable! Not sure the hours. Good prices. I dont have insurance but they mentioned they do take insurance. Only gripe is they are only workers, no office workers...so sometimes they excuse themselves to take care of little things LOL.
